On September 28, 2017 DeBit Co., Ltd. (Headquarters: Shibuya-ku, Tokyo, President and CEO Satoshi Yamada) submitted an application for registration as a virtual currency exchange service provider, pursuant to the Article 63-3, Paragraph 1 of the Payment Services Act. The application was approved by the Local Kanto Finance Bureau Director.
Currently, deBit Co., Ltd. will continue as a virtual currency exchange service provider for corporations until registration is completed.
We are currently waiting for the official registration of the application submitted for registration as a virtual currency exchange service provider, which is currently being reviewed by the Kanto Local Finance Bureau.
“deBit” which provides real time Bitcoin transactions, will participate in Asia’s largest start-up conference “Tech in Asia Tokyo 2017.”
It is the world’s first network system to enable Bitcoin trading in real time between different exchange institutions. Originally targeting institutions such as FX broker, DeBit has already managed to obtain three major financial institutions as customers and has decided to participate in Asia’s largest start-up conference “Tech in Asia Tokyo 2017”.
deBit has been specially selected as the most innovative startup, and along with 150 domestic and overseas companies will showcase unique projects using the latest technology in their booths.
In addition to setting up a booth, deBit also plans to participate in the Arena Battle (Pitch contest between startups) in which 2,000 spectators are expected. The companies participating in the Arena Battle have already raised 10 billion yen in financing so far. Thus, it is sure to be a heated battle between companies with innovative products which are sure to change the future.
